Kettlebell Around the World *(burpee)
Speed Ladder *(butt kicks)
Wall Ball *(air squats)
Tire Flips *(squat jumps)
Bear Crawl Sandbag Drags *(frog jumps)
Sled Push/Pull *(bear crawl [2 forward/2 reverse])
