BREAK A SWEAT! – THIS WORKOUT RUNS FOR ROUGHLY 30 MINUTES AND HAS 4 CIRCUITS. COMPLETE 3 ROUND OF ALL 4 CIRCUITS (30 ON 10 OFF) BEFORE MOVING TO THE NEXT EXERCISE. REST FOR AT LEAST 2 MINUTE BETWEEN ROUNDS.
