Dynamic Stretch and Jog for 5-10 minutes

WORKOUT

Outdoor Circuit 20 MINUTES STRAIGHT

Push Ups x15 sec
High Pulls x15 sec
Jumping Pull Ups x15 sec
Thrusters x15 sec
Box Jumps x15 sec
Quick Feet x15 sec
Hill Run – Optional

 

Always remember to warm up before you workout as well as cool down and stretch afterward. These are key in maintaining a healthy exercise regimen.
