ROAD TO WELLNESS – THIS WORKOUT RUNS FOR ABOUT 25 MINUTES AND HAS 2 ROUNDS. COMPLETE EACH EXERCISE IN THE SET BEFORE STARTING THE NEXT SET, COMPLETE BOTH THE RUNNING AND EXERCISES PER ROUND. REST AS NEEDED BETWEEN ROUNDS. COMPLETE ALL EXERCISES TO YOUR BEST ABILITY. COMMENT AND POST BELOW!

WARM UP

Dynamic Stretch and Jog for 5-10 minutes

WORKOUT

TIMINGS:
40 sec on
20 sec off

Rope Pull Up Climbs
Bench Hop Overs
Sandbag Clean and Throw
Donkey Kicks
Tractor Tire Sit Up

***There will be 2 groups. Group 1 will start on the exercises, group 2 will start on the running set. The running set will run during the 40 sec on and walk during the 20 sec off. After all exercises have been completed by the exercise group (5 min) the groups will switch. The round is complete when both groups have completed both a running cycle and exercise cycle.

Always remember to warm up before you workout as well as cool down and stretch afterward. These are key in maintaining a healthy exercise regimen.
