Our workouts run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 6:30am-7:30am & 7:30am-8:30am in the mornings and 6:00pm-7:00pm & 7:00pm-8:00pm in the evenings. Each group workout begins on the hour and runs a full hour with time left for cool down and stretch. Other workout times may be available by appointment or with popular demand of different times.
Our program is for people of all ages and fitness levels. We will work to both challenge you through competition as well as focus on team building through group encouragement. We ask that those coming to workout out are truly looking to improve. We strive for excellence.
Our workouts vary by group. We strive to come up with a challenging yet accomplish-able workout for all fitness levels involved based on their individual needs and abilities. Each workout is a challenge. We use much of the equipment that we offer and then some, such as Speed Ladders, Tractor Tires, Sledge Hammers, Vertimax, TRX, Slam Balls, Free Weights, MoveStrong Jungle Gym, Obstacle Course and much more. We will make sure to balance safety with a challenging workout focusing on the group as a whole.
All of our workouts take place at our facility whether that be inside or outside. We have a full basketball court, workout area, roughly 35 yards of indoor turf and a full-fledged outdoor obstacle course.
