Strength, Speed & Agility Training

Our workouts run Monday through Friday, 8-11am in the summers and 3-8 pm during the rest of the year. Weekend trainings are available by appointment only. Each group workout begins every hour and ends in an hour. Other workout times may be available by appointment.

Our program is for athletes ages 8 to college age. We will work to match athletes up in a group that will both challenge them through competition as well as focus on the main areas they need to focus. We ask that those coming to workout out are truly looking to improve. We strive for excellence.

Our workouts vary by group. We try to come up with an appropriate workout for the kids involved based on their individual needs and abilities. Each workout is a challenge. We use much of the equipment that we offer, such as ladders, Vertimax, TRX, free weights and much more. We will make sure to balance safety with a challenging workout focusing on their needs.

All of our workouts take place in facility. We have a full basketball court, workout area, and roughly 35 yards of turf.

Athletes these days are bigger, faster, and stronger than they have ever been. A much higher emphasis has been placed on athleticism. Our programs focus on increasing these areas of athleticism while instilling the confidence in one’s own abilities.
